Nao, TCM practitioner and herbalist

Hi, I'm Nao.

I am a TCM practitioner and herbalist in Toronto. High blood pressure runs in my family. Mine once read 176/116, and I took the medication while it was high, but I knew that was not how my story would end. So I studied, and I applied everything I teach. In my 40s, my reading is now 121/76, with normal cholesterol and blood sugar results. That is my story, not a promise for yours, so always work with your doctor. I wrote this guide because most people are never taught what is already in their cupboard.
